I’m subletting my private single bedroom at Hub LA Figueroa for the Spring 2026 semester (January 1 – May 31, with possible extension until June 30).
Occupancy: Male student preferred. Apartment has 6 male tenants total (including you), but the room is fully private. You’ll share 1 bathroom with just one other person.
Rent: $2,090/month + 1/6 utilities (around $50). Very good price for a private bedroom at USC, especially in the newest building (completed October 2024).
